Jude the Obscure

Monday August 27th: Sioned emailed to find out how Jude is doing. It would be really lovely to use my own roses, but I'm finding it difficult, looking at the various buds in different stages, to estimate whether they'll be in a suitable condition on September 7th. Anyway, we've decided the best thing would be if she comes up on Friday to have a look at them; she needs to check out the colour of my kaftan and Jules' tie, and to decide how many of my carafes she needs, in any case.
