Banns #2 and church v chapel

Sunday August 19th: Rhian sent me a text a few days ago to say she'd been to look at the church, so I texted back to ask if she'd like to come with me on Sunday for the second reading of the banns. Yes, she said, as long as I'd tell her what to do when, in case it's all different from chapel. Second reading passed without incident, though it turns out Church in Wales is very different from chapel: Rhian says they don't kneel, and they don't go up to the altar for communion - it's brought to them at the beginning of the service, and kept in a slot on the pew until the appropriate point. It'd be interesting to go to Chapel with Rhian, except that it would all be in Welsh, so I wouldn't understand much.
