Thursday August 9th: back to Chester, hopefully for the last time, to pick up shoes for Jules and final bits of make-up for me. We went our separate ways for a bit, parting company outside Marks & Sparks, and I headed for the Grosvenor Precinct and BodyShop, only to discover it's not there any more ... how to find it? Tourist Information seemed like a fairly safe bet, if a fair way away, but sure enough they were able to tell me: about two doors down from Marks & Sparks in the other direction ... wouldn't you know it! At least they had pretty much everything I wanted.
The good news was we were able to pick up in M&S the same tie for Frank as we'd found for Jules; I'd sent Petal the link, which was fine (if ridiculously long!) when I sent it, but didn't work when Frank tried it, and I was wondering if they'd suddenly discontinued that colour in the meantime, but no, it was still there. Occasionally, the internet has its limitations.
